Tom Selleck is tortured daily because of his long-term disease, his friends say

If rumors are to be believed, fans of the 'man behind the mustache' might have considerable cause for alarm over the actor's health. Several articles have recently made the rounds, all with the same premise: Hollywood heartthrob, Tom Selleck is facing rapidly declining health as he suffers from a debilitating bout of arthritis. One such source to lay claim to Selleck's failing health is Ghanamma.com, whose information is supported by The Nation, an online newspaper. Both sources state that Selleck's arthritis is becoming increasingly painful and hindering, to the point where he can no longer do his own stunts. More than that, however, the publications reported that Selleck uses a stunt double not only for demanding, challenging scenes, but also for the more trivial, mundane tasks, such as simply climbing out of his police vehicle on set while filming Blue Bloods.
Some days are worse than others for the former action star, unnamed sources said, claiming that 'Tom’s days as the car-jumping-scuba-diving-action star are a thing of the past.' Like these two online publications, a third source, quotes-news.com, wrote that Selleck's Blue Bloods co-stars have also shared their concern, with one saying that Selleck hates the fact that the disease is slowing him down. According to the same source, the unidentified co-star also shared that Selleck seems to have a handle on things, despite the debilitating nature of the condition. "Tom’s an old-school, true professional, so he never complains about the pain," the co-star was quoted. The sources agreed that the disease itself poses secondary threats that are of great concern to some of the actor's family, highlighting the condition, uveitis.
Quoting Express UK as their source, the reports stated that uveitis, which is caused by inflammation of the middle layer of the eye, can lead to blindness, and can be caused by arthritis. Despite all three online publications sharing the same news, few other sites, newspapers or magazines seem to corroborate this information. Whether Selleck's failing health and crippling arthritis is a matter of fact or fiction is still unclear at this stage. Think it is important? Share with your friends!

  6. I was brought here via a google search on Tom Selleck's health, because -- I hadn't watched much TV and hadn't seem him in anything since watching the 2005-2012 Jesse Stone series, the adaptations of the Robert B Parker crime/mystery books. (I can no longer read any of the Jesse Stone books without seeing Selleck; he was so perfect for the part!).. So anyway, I recently just began watching Blue Bloods, starting with the current season 10, and it is so plain to see that when the script does have him walking, he walks with that painful looking arthritic hobble. That man has always been the epitome of bass-ass and sweetheart combined, and I seriously hope and pray something to give him relief back to health can be found.

  14. I have arthritis and I have found when stretching, less is more. Meaning don't stretch till it hurts. Stretch gently (whole body) to relieve stiffness a little at a time. Also I've recently added a bag of ginger tea to my green tea every morning and these combined help so much with inflammation relief.

Dogecoin surges 30% to a record above 50 cents as speculative crypto trading continues

Dogecoin , the cryptocurrency based off a viral dog meme from nearly a decade ago, surged 30% on Tuesday to set a new record high at more than 50 cents per coin. The cryptocurrency was trading at about 54 cents, according to data from Coin Metrics. Dogecoin rose to roughly 40 cents per coin last month before falling sharply for several days after the calendar turned to April 20, a date widely celebrated as a marijuana-themed holiday. Dogecoin was started as a joke in 2013 amid a boom in early cryptocurrencies. It was based on a popular internet meme at the time that featured a Shiba Inu dog and cartoon-style text over the image. Its rise in recent months has been highlighted by many as a sign of froth and speculation in the financial markets, particularly among younger investors who started trading during the pandemic. The coin has been boosted in recent weeks by billionaires Elon Musk and Mark Cuban , who have both mentioned Dogecoin on Twitter multiple times. Cuban ha
